Friends on Mission - Facilitators

Do you love seeing people discover their calling, grow in confidence and take steps of faith? Friends on Mission is a learning community for people who want to respond to God’s call to mission and discern their next steps alongside others. We’re looking for people who see the need for this kind of community and want to take the initiative to gather others, facilitate the journey and see what God might do through it. You wouldn’t be delivering a programme for us; you’d be taking ownership of creating a learning community that responds to the needs and opportunities you see in your own context. You don’t need to have all the answers. Your role is to facilitate the journey: helping people learn, ask good questions, listen to God, share their experiences and encourage one another as they take their next steps.
